“Towards a Culture of World Peace” constitutes a commitment to Human Livelihood. It consists in confronting the UU-NATO discourse in support of war and military intervention. It requires reviving a Worldwide anti-war movement, nationally and internationally as well as establishing a resolve by the governments of sovereign nation states to reject this Worldwide process of militarization.
