U.S ex-envoy Steven Mann becomes employee of ExxonMobil
Azerbaijan, Baku: U.S ExxonMobil Company gave employment to U.S ex-extraordinary ambassador to the Caspian Sea Steven Mann to support its operations in post-Soviet countries, the Energy Intelligence Group said.
Mann took the position of U.S ambassador to Turkmenistan and played an important role as special envoy in the Caspian region under President George Bush in realization of the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline project, the Energy Intelligence Group said.
ExxonMobil operates in Russia, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, as well as seeking opportunities for activity in Turkmenistan.
