On July 6 2023, The Washington Times published the article “China crafts weapons to alter brain function; report says tech meant to influence government leaders“. The article says:
“China‘s People’s Liberation Army is developing high-technology weapons designed to disrupt brain functions and influence government leaders or entire populations, according to a report by three open-source intelligence analysts. The weapons can be used to directly attack or control brains using microwave or other directed energy weapons in handheld guns or larger weapons firing electromagnetic beams, adding that the danger of China‘s brain warfare weapons prior to or during a conflict is no longer theoretical and should not be viewed as an unconventional weapon limited to use in extreme circumstances. According to the report, neurostrike capabilities are part of standard military capabilities…
To counter brain warfare capabilities, the report urges the U.S. military to first expose the threat of neurostrike weapons and call for international talks and policy remedies, such as ethics reviews for neuroscience and cognitive science studies“.
The author of the article, you are reading, will gladly support this U.S. strategy, but would like to remind the readers that already in 1997 the U.S. Strategic Studies Institute at the U.S. Army War College published a study where it proposed the the following scenario:
”Potential or possible supporters of the insurgency around the world were identified using the comprehensive Interagency Integrated Database. These were categorized as ‘potential’ or ‘active’, with sophisticated personality simulations used to develop, tailor and focus psychological campaigns for each” (pg. 13).
Is this not an American project to control the world population?
There can not be a doubt, that at least the US, Russia and China are working on systems which can be used to control the activity of minds of people around the world and in this way definitively gain control over the whole world.
Nervous impulses in the human brain are carried by electrical currents.
The neurons are full of ions, which can be set to move by electromagnetic waves just like electrons in antenas and thus create electric currents which can be imposed to the brain activity from outside. With the current knowledge of frequencies of different nervous activities, electrical impulses in the brain can manipulate human thoughts, emotions and in this way human behavior. American scientist Allan H. Frey in 1962 produced in volunteers perceptions of sounds by pulsed microwaves at a distance of 300 meters (see this). His experiment was many times replicated with the same result.
In 2012 Allan H. Frey published the article where he stated that further research in biological reaction on pulsed microwaves was classified by the U.S. government since it did not want advances in knowledge to appear in the scientific literature where the USSR could benefit from it.
In fact already in 1980 John B. Alexander, former director of Los Alamos National Laboratory, in his article “The New Mental Battlefield: Beam me up Spock“ on remote control of human brain’s activity, writes:
”whoever makes the first major breakthrough in this field will have a quantum lead over his opponent, an advantage similar to sole possession of nuclear weapons” and “…
there are weapon systems that operate on the power of the mind and whose lethal capacity has already been demonstrated… the ability to heal or cause disease can be transmitted over distance thus inducing illness or death for no apparent cause… The application of large-scale ELF (extra low frequency) behavior modification could have horrendous impact… mind-to-mind thought induction techniques are also being considered…” See this.
The USA and Russia have already built systems that can, by pulsing microwaves into the ionosphere in brain frequencies, produce powerful electric currents in those frequencies and as a result make the ionosphere to produce electromagnetic waves in the frequencies of the electrical activity of human brains and thus control the activity of human brains in large areas of our planet.
In 1999, when the American system HAARP was under construction, the European parliament passed a resolution on the system HAARP. In the resolution the European Parliament called
“on the European Union to seek to have the new ‘non-lethal’ weapons technology and the development of new arms strategies” and called “for an international convention introducing a global ban on all developments and deployments of weapons which might enable any form of manipulation of human beings” see this.
The Soviet Union built already in 1981 the system Sura, capable to produce electromagnetic waves in the ionosphere in the brain frequencies.
China had been building the most advanced system of this kind since 2018, after testing the Russian system Sura. According to the Washington Times article, claiming that China is capable to “influence government leaders or entire populations” it seems that this construction work has been finished already.
Pulsed microwaves of cell phone systems penetrate underneath the skull as is proved by the Allen Frey’s experiments, where similar frequencies were used (425 Mhz, 1310 Mhz, 2982 Mhz). Thus cell phone systems can be used for manipulation of the activity of human minds and bodies, if their microwave signals will be pulsed in brain frequencies. This is not a problem since the cell phone technology is based on pulsing of microwaves. And this is another way of how the governments could manipulate the brain activity of masses of their own or foreign citizens.
On October 7, 2022, 23 countries signed a document requiring
“the Advisory Committee of the Human Rights Council (of the United Nations Organization) to prepare a study… on the impact, opportunities and challenges of neurotechnology with regard to the promotion and protection of all human rights”.
They claimed that they make that request
“Bearing in mind that neuro-technology allows the connecting of the human brain directly to digital networks through devices and procedures that may be used, among other things, to access, monitor and manipulate the neural system of the person,” see this and this.
No permanent member of the UN Security Council signed this call. It means there is a political will among the member states of the United Nations to protect human minds and bodies against manipulation by neurotechnologies, but there is no political will among the permanent members of the UN Security Council to protect the human nervous system against manipulation by technical means.
The UN Security Council has got very big power in the decisions of the United Nations and the Permanent members of the UN Security Council have the veto right over its decisions. There is no better explanation as to why the United Nations Security Council did not so far discuss the fact that the activity of human brains can be controlled by pulsed microwaves or extra long electromagnetic waves, than that the UN Security Council permanent members refuse this discussion hoping that only one of them will win the competition for the control of brains of the world population.
In 1999 the Russian politician Vladimir Lopatin co-authored the book “Psychotronic Weapon and the Security of Russia“ where he named some of the 30 states, which worked at that time on the development of “psychotronic weapons“. Nowadays it may be almost every country on this planet.
If people wish that themselves and their children will live in the world, where freedom of thought and emotions would be guaranteed, they should get engaged in convincing their governments and parliaments (by accusing them of inactivity on this issue in courts), to enact legislations protecting them from manipulations of activities of their minds and bodies. Also they should fight to convince their governments to work toward the international treaty, banning the use of neurotechnologies against people and to work against the veto power of permanent members of the UN Security council, who are blocking this decision. The power to control the observance of the ban of the use of mind control weapons by governments should as well be conveyed to the United Nations Organization. If not, the world may forget about freedom and democracy.
